Madcon - Valli & Beggin'

Frankie Valli must be gaining immense popularity at the moment. I have heard multiple mixes using his songs recently and many of them in clubs and bars. I have now found one that you can listen to on iTunes. It is called Beggin' by Madcon , it does not feature Frankie but it does have the lyrics fro...

Re: PentaxUser website

I suspect that it IS phpBB3 and has a customised template that they have created. Obviously the template had some bugs in it. . . . I could do that for my website but it is actually a lot of work!

Re: Randall & Hopkirk (Deceased)

I thought it was okay. From memory I rated it a 3S at the beginning of the series rising to a 4S by the end. I was not too precious about the original series though so that might have had an effect on my rating.

Bergen I believe was mentioned in The Cornelius Calendar and was similarly described as nice. I hope that you will have some photographs on your website some time soon!

Re: Collector's Corner

Batteries - yes, I used to collect dry batteries. There are a surprising number of variants. Anyone remember the green and yellow Exide batteries, before they moved to grey and red? Or the Ever Ready Bijou battery for torches? In the 60s battery technology was lousy and they didn't last long at all...

Re: Collector's Corner

I collect nothing at the moment. I don't go out of my way to accumulate much stuff at all. I suppose you could say that I love buying technology but when it is spent it is disposed off!

Re: Notice of Downtime Friday 28 March 2008

Apologies for the recent down time and 'General Error' received when trying to access the forums. This was due to a genuine mistake when updating the forum to version 3.0.1. The files have now been correctly updated and the error has been removed! Yay! :D

Re: Notice of Downtime Friday 28 March 2008

The forum database and phpBB files were backed up very thoroughly last night just in case there is a problem with the move. I am off soon but hope to see you all at the other side of the server move very shortly!

PS Following the move it should mean the website responds more quickly.
