Lucifer is one good reason to keep paying huge sums of money to Netflix! Without thinking specidfiocally about any particular platform though, there have been a number of really excellent TV shows over recent years. OK, so Lucifer is current for us, then there's Wednesday, Gotham, Pennyworth, White Collar, the one with Cleaver Green as the main character (remind me!), Agatha Raisin and lots of others he said chickening out on reeling them all off.
But back to Lucifer. Incredibly silly in some respects, but very amusing and well shot. The basic premise is good, the actors and actresses likeable and very capable, the scripts very consistent and well constructed....
So another success for Netflix, which of course all these platforms need that so we will keep on paying. Maybe I should add up exactly how many of these extra channels we are paying for?
