I'm amazed it still continues at this point, but there must have been enough box office takings to justify it. This is probably better than IV, but what a shame it starts off with the ridiculous saving of Kirk from a fall by using jet shoes. That unfortunately sets the tone more of a spoof than a proper film, but it does recover, to its credit.
Not a bad space tale with a delusional Vulcan and a meeting with a pseudo-god.
