Sing Big Hits by Bacharach, David, Dylan (1965)

OK, out of sequence with this one. Side 1 has six Bacharach/David songs and Side 2 has six Dylan ones. No orchestra, just The Four Seasons as they might appear on stage. The album is direct, tough and not my favourite, but it is done very very well. Their version of "Don't Think Twice" was a result of messing about in the studio and Frankie delivers his impression of Rose Murphy in high pitched falsetto. It became a hit single under the name of "The Wonder Who?" Of course the sound gives it away and there is no doubt who it is. Bob Dylan is quuoted as saying it was his favourite cover version of his song.
