That is indeed good logic in both counts. And can be counted with this.
All animals have four legs.
Dogs have four legs and therefore
All animals are dogs.
There is a word that explains this one. It means two statements from which a logical conclusion can be found. HOWEVER, the logical conclusion may be false!
I wish I could remember what the word was though.

My favourite is:

Good to see Mike in full paradox mode. I hate the damn things, because any thorough explanation I read seems to end up with complex arguments on semantics and statistical proofs.
