Jessops Reaches The End of the Line

It's a long time since Sue was made redundant from Jessops, when they removed all the expertise of their assistant managers and others from the company. After that something of the soul of the company was lost and it's been downhill ever since. Partly our fault for not being prepared to pay prices that are high enough to sustain a High Street chain. Partly their fault for throwing away the personal service and expertise and becoming a store that only sold the most profitable lines, regardless of the customer's needs.
I would think Canon and Nikon will be hardest hit by this, unless a rescue is mounted.
