The Avengers was always very cinematic in style, courtesy of Albert Fennel's talents, and The new Avengers is much of the same ilk. This time though the fantasy element is not so strong and the stories are more rooted in the real world.
Nonetheless this is British Style at its best and a pleasure to watch good complete copies of the episodes.
